Ansys Innovation Conference - Enabling Digital Transformation for the Energy Industry

Continuing the series of Ansys Innovation events, the next edition will be in Houston and target the energy industry and the digital transformation happening there.

UberCloud and HPE will present a session: Assessing high performance gains for Ansys applications with engineering benchmarks

Advances in software and hardware technology are giving engineers new capabilities to speed up simulations. Powerful compute, faster networking, and cloud scalability alternatives can improve simulation performance by a factor of 10 or more. But assessing performance improvements from alternatives such as a modern workstation, a compute cluster, or an HPC cloud can be a challenge. So Ansys, HPE, and Intel have created the Free Ansys Performance Benchmark Program to help engineers evaluate how their own models will perform with these new options. Program partners such as Advania Data Centers, Atrio, TotalCAE, TotaLinuX, and UberCloud provide a complete portfolio of solutions including hardware alternatives, purchasing alternatives, and all inclusive IT-free service options.

Other focus areas include:

  • Digital Twin - Predictive Maintenance
  • Material Intelligence
  • Cloud and High-Performance Computing
  • Simulation Process and Data Management
  • Additive Manufacturing
  • Ansys Product Updates
